I think some people have a legit gift but others I think are full of hooey just to make a buck off of people. It takes alot to convince me if one is psychic or not.

Yeah, I agree with Shelly. It takes alot to convince me too. I think that the real psychics are actually out there helping people instead of trying to make every penny they can off of people who don't know any better. I also think that everyone has the psychic ability to some extent whether you realize it or not.

I agree that everyone has some sort of psychic ability, most just havnt taken the time to persue the possibility...I think people have different levels of ability and I dont think there is a such thing as a perfect psychic or one that is right 100% of the time.. I also think there are plenty of fakers and phoneys out there looking to make a buck off people who have lost loved ones or have personal issues they seek help with....I think that if a person uses their ability to help others such as those who work with law enforcement and missing persons etc..thats awesome, I think that those who just do sittings to conjure up lost relatives are full of it and are dabbling in areas they shouldnt be and could conjure up something evil that is presenting itself as the spirit of deceased " Uncle Charlie" or whomever.....I dont think it can be helped if a person is sensitive to the energies that surround them, its what they do with what they sense that matters....I believe that most true psychics do not go around tooting their own horn for a green back. I think that most legitimate psychics keep it to themselves and those who may be closest to them or they use it to help others who may be exploring their own psychic abilities. I dont think its wise to take a self-proclaimed psychic on an investigation, because what they are capable of sensing if anything cannot be felt by others nor proven with any hard evidence so even if they were on to something there is no way to prove what they say is legitimate and is not worth much as solid evidence any more than the average joe who has a personal experience that no one else had....Until the day everyone can develope their psychic gift and have the same abilities I dont really see that anything they might experience on an investigation would be anything more than their personal opinion or guess.
